1. Understand the requirement of client
2. Design the job description
3. Share the JD in job portals and different social media platform
4. Source relevant CVs from different sources
5. Screen the profiles after taking Interview and finally send the shortlisted profiles to our esteemed client.
6. Keep a regular follow up with the client regarding those candidates who have been send for interview.
7. Collect our consultation fees from either client and if client is not paying then the charges has to be collected from candidates
8. Maintain relation with the existing client so that if in case candidate leaves the company then we can immediately replace candidate
